• Legal advice for SMEs on compliance with their tax obligations.
• Collaboration with family businesses on the implementation of business structures and agreements that enable the business to be transferred to the next generation, particularly analysing tax benefits that enable the reduction of taxation when such transfers are carried out.
• Participation in the sale/purchase of companies, being involved in the prior stage of due diligence and the analysis of the optimal commercial and tax structure to carry out the acquisition.
• Extensive experience in tax inspections and audits by the Tax Authority.
• Taxation regarding non-profit organisations (foundations, associations, etc.).

Law Degree, Universitat de Barcelona, completed in 2000. Postgraduate Degree in International Taxation, Universitat de Barcelona, completed in 2003.
