The firm’s Insurance Department provides advice on almost all legal aspects of insurance and reinsurance. Among other services, Manubens’ lawyers can draw up new contracts and interpret existing agreements, as well as brokering personal insurance cover and mediating between insurance companies and the regulatory authority (the DGSFP in Spain). The firm can also handle any kind of litigation arising from insurance.
