Last October, Eva Pich, Partner responsible of the Public Law Area, and Carlos Fábrega, lawyer specialised in commercial law, have given legal training classes in the “Management and Direction of Street Markets” courses, organized by the Barcelona Provincial Council. These courses were aimed at the technical managers of the City Councils of the province of Barcelona who are in charge of the organization and management of street markets and other forms of itinerant trade. Both courses, the basic one – for City Councils without experience in regulating this type of markets – and the advanced one – aimed at City Councils that already have important street markets – have had great attendance and participation
