As Head of the International Development Department, Mandeep Johal is a highly qualified UK lawyer with over 12 years of experience advising companies on their expansion into foreign markets. In the performance of her duties, she has collaborated with teams from the different departments of the firm in the supervision of various operations:

  • Due diligence processes in commercial acquisitions.
  • Incorporation of companies in the Asian market and adoption of the most beneficial structures from a tax point of view.
  • Advice on joint-venture operations and drafting and review of commercial contracts.
  • Assistance in real estate operations and advice to Indian investors on how to obtain the residence visa for investors (Golden Visa) by investing in the Spanish real estate sector.
