In the performance of her duties, she has collaborated with teams from the different departments of the firm in the supervision of various operations:

• Due diligence processes in commercial acquisitions.
• Incorporation of companies in the Asian market and adoption of the most beneficial structures from a tax point of view.
• Advice on joint-venture operations and drafting and review of commercial contracts.
• Assistance in real estate operations and advice to Indian investors on how to obtain the residence visa for investors (Golden Visa) by investing in the Spanish real estate sector.
