I characterize myself as a highly specialized lawyer, specifically in the areas of Commercial Distribution and the Protection of Personal Data. This important degree of specialization has allowed me to fully master these matters, and intervene on them at any stage or time, from different perspectives and perspectives, and providing all kinds of advice related to them.

The exercise of my profession I only conceive from absolute involvement, making my own the problems that the client transfers to me.

I like to know in depth the factual assumptions in which the request for advice is contextualized, and delve into the real needs of the client, to provide a service as adapted as possible to their needs, always prioritizing the quality and usefulness of the service.

Experience

Advice to companies and public companies, mainly in carrying out the following work:

  • Advice on the processing of procedures for obtaining commercial authorizations (licenses, responsible declarations, communications).

  • Legal advice on compliance with the regulations on consumers and users (guarantees, rights …), as well as on food products (safety, labeling, traceability …).

  • Execution of audits on the degree of compliance with the regulations on the protection of personal data, legal assistance in inspection procedures of the Spanish Agency for Data Protection, legal assistance in the event of complaints for breaches of the regulations in this matter.

Training

Graduated in law from the Autonomous University of Barcelona in 2002. He has served as professor of “Commercial Legislation and Institutional Framework” of the university degree “Graduate in Trade and Distribution Management” at ESCODI (Escola Superior de Comerç i Distribució de Terrassa ), a center attached to the Autonomous University of Barcelona.
