• Advice on pre-bankruptcy and bankruptcy law, including the following: preliminary analysis of the situation of the bankrupt company and its accounting, management of the bankrupt company during the bankruptcy process, bankruptcy administrator tasks.
• Advice on “Second Chance” procedures in the out-of-court settlement phase and, in those cases where an agreement is not reached, bankruptcy proceedings and request the “exoneration of outstanding liabilities” or debt forgiveness.
• Advice on Administrative Law, both in administrative proceedings as well as in contentious-administrative procedures.
• Advice on contentious tax law: filing of economic-administrative claims, as well as appeals for reversal against tax acts.
• Advice on Civil Law and Civil Procedural Law, from the drafting of contracts to the filing of lawsuits and other procedural documents.
• Attendance at trials in a range of summary and ordinary procedures, both at hearings and preliminary hearings.
• Economic Criminal Law and Criminal Procedural Law.

Law Degree, Universidad de Granada.

Business Administration and Management Degree, Universidad de Granada.

Master’s Degree in Law, ISDE (Barcelona).
