• Restructuring processes (mergers, spin-offs, exchanges, addition of business units, etc.)
• Tax audits, tax claims and tax management procedures.
• Appeals before the relevant Tax Authority, the Economic-Administrative Courts and Contentious-Administrative Courts.
• Due diligence prior to merger and acquisition processes.
• Analysis of tax planning and tax optimisation systems (tax consolidation, assessment of the application of various tax deductions, possible use of special tax regimes, etc.)
• Accounting and fiscal year-end closing.
• Analysis of the possible combinations between the Spanish and Andorran taxation systems regarding both individuals and companies and compliance with all formal and legal requirements.
